WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST YOU?
Shipping costs depend on order weight and destination. They will be calculated during check out. Unless your cart exceeds the amount of $39! Then you’ll get your order right on your doorstep for free! If you have a discount code applied and your cart goes below $39, shipping charges are applied accordingly.
United States
We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Depending on the Warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 15-35 Business Days, until you’ll receive your order. It depends on the location and product.
Outside United States:
Please allow us a timeframe of 18-40 Business Days for shipping the goods to you. Exceptions are countries like South America, where shipping can take up to 58 Business Days.
We apologize for any inconveniences that may occur, as in individual cases, we may run out of stock on products we’ve had plenty of orders on and have to re-order them. Thus, Shipping, though infrequently, can be delayed.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
The orders are shipped from our warehouse in USA or China,it depends on your order location and the Inventory status of warehouse products.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the actual delivery time of your order may be longer than the estimated time, depending on your local logistics situation.
Based on the current situation, it is our highest priority to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Our shipping partner and fulfillment center are working diligently to follow best practices and protocols to ensure your gear is delivered safely while COVID-19 is in effect.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Parcels shipping may take longer than the projected timeline displayed during checkout to arrive due to high shipment volume in relation to COVID-19 and prolonged severe weather conditions across the United States. Any shipping delays will not be eligible for a refund at this time. Due to current circumstances, it is our highest priority to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Our shipping partner and fulfillment center are working diligently to follow best practices and protocols to ensure your gear is delivered safely and efficiently while COVID-19 is in effect.
We are providing worldwide shipping to most places in the world. However, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area. Neither do we ship to South Africa and some countries in Latin America, as the local carriers have been proven to be unreliable and cause failed deliveries or the shipping time takes way too long.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
MISSING PACKAGE(S)?
In the unlikely event, your items won’t arrive at your door, check the following things:
1) Has one of your flatmates picked up your item?
2) Is there a similar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
3) Call your post office and ask them about your package
