Return & Refund
Returns can only be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of your item.
All Coybol returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned items are processed as refunds. Original shipping charges are not refundable.. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Coybol’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
“The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Coybol is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided on returns via the returns portal.

REFUNDS
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.”
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@Coybol.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@Coybol.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
By placing an order with Coybol, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
